What are the CRYSTAL COLORS available?
Please specify crystal color choices from our Crystal Colors page.

What type of CLASPS can I request?
You may choose any of the clasps you see on the website for most necklaces, subject to availability. Sterling Silver magnetic clasps are available by request for an additional $3.00.

How do you use a Toggle or T-Bar Clasp?
They are easy! Just turn the bar parallel with the strand it is on and slip it through the ring.

Is a Toggle Clasp safe and secure?
Yes, they rarely would come undone on their own. To remove it, you have to pull the bar section forward far enough to turn it parallel to the strand again, and then keep it in that position as you pull it back through the ring.

Will you LENGTHEN or SHORTEN a necklace or bracelet?
Adjustments are $10 on most pieces, or $15 on more difficult pieces. Cost and availability of materials will also be taken into consideration. Please ask for a quote.

Do you do CUSTOM WORK?
Custom work is accepted using our current stock of supplies.

Do you send SAMPLES?
After placing an order, if you are needing to see a few different crystals to choose one, we will be glad to send them to you free of charge. Please feel free to email us about any other need for samples. debbie@artstones-by-deb.com.

What type of GUARANTEE do you have?
We GUARANTEE the quality of parts and workmanship on each piece. Great care is taken in selecting each component. The jewelry can be returned for refund or exchange within 20 days of purchase.

Do you accept CREDIT CARDS?
We process Visa and MasterCard sales by phone or snail mail for orders from the US, Canada, and the UK. Please call 1-541-231-4565. Orders from other countries can be paid via Western Union in US funds, or please have a US contact send a money order in US funds. Payment must clear before shipping.

Do you do GIFT WRAPPING?
Courtesy gift wrapping available on request. We want everything just right for you!

What is your PRIVACY POLICY?
Artstones by Deb uses the personal information you provide only to complete the transaction and deliver your merchandise. Under no circumstances will we give out your information to any third party.

What are your SHIPPING PRICES?
First Class shipping is free in the US and Canada! See shipping section to order Priority Mail, Overnighting, or other special shipping.
